Elections Decide the Future of the Courts

This fall, voters will decide the future of the Supreme Court for many years to come. The next appointments to the Court will almost certainly be made by the president elected this November. And his or her nominees for the bench will be confirmed by a Senate with new members elected this fall. Courts matter!
